Pick-up Your Beef at the Farm Now

We’ve added great-tasting beef to our products. The steers come to our farm under 10 days old, and spend their entire lives here (18 months.) They graze all spring, summer, and fall, eating plants that the sheep won’t eat.  In the winter they’re fed hay, and a small amount of corn for energy and growth.  

We sell our beef in 25-pound variety packages. Basically we divide the meat from one steer evenly into 10-12 packages. Half of this package is roasts, steaks, and short ribs, and the other half is lean ground beef. We charge $5/pound, and a $25 processing fee, for a total of $150 for the variety pack. Extra ground beef is available for $5/pound.

Just call or email to place your order, then we’ll schedule a time for you to visit, pick up your meat, and tour  the farm. We’re a pleasant 60 minute drive from the Twin Cities, and 30 minutes from Rochester, Northfield, and Red Wing.
