Griller’s Special: 30 chops, 1 boneless roast, 4 steaks, 2 boneless legs, 2 pkgs. kabob meat, 2 pkgs shanks, 2 pkgs ground lamb
Gourmet: Y ou specify exactly the cuts you want

Note: Quantities are approximate and are based on a whole lamb order. Halve these amounts for approximate quantities on half orders.

Pricing

Processing Charges: Our lamb is processed at Burt’s Processing, a top quality local meat processor. Processing includes packaging and freezing. The processing charges are $75 for a whole order, $40 for half order.
Pricing per Pound: We charge $4.00 per lb. hanging weight. The average 110 lb. lamb will be 50 lbs. hanging weight. After bones and fat are removed, you ’ll take home between 35 and 45 lbs. of meat.
Your Total Cost: Assuming a 50 lb. hanging weight, take-home weight of 40 pounds, and the $75 processing fee, your average cost will be approximately $275 per lamb, a cost of about $6.60 per lb. for safe, lean tender lamb.

How to Reserve Your Order

To reserve your lamb order, we require a $40 non-refundable deposit for each lamb ordered. The balance due is payable by cash or check when you pick up your lamb.
