Ordering Lamb in the Fall

We currently sell whole and half orders of lamb. A whole order is approximately 40 pounds, a half order 20 pounds, and will be packaged according to your directions: chops, steaks, roasts, legs, ground, and kabob meat. Our meat processor will neatly wrap, label, and deep freeze your order.

While we take orders throughout the year, the meat itself is available in late February, and you may pick up your order here at the farm.

How do you order? You have several choices. We can put you on our mailing list, and let you know in the fall that it's time to place your order for February. Or any time during the year you may actually place an order—a deposit of $40 will reserve your order. Download a PDF Order Reservation Form. We take orders on a first come, first served basis, and when the lambs have all been sold, there will be no more until the next year. (We only ask our ewes to give birth once a year instead of messing with their cycles and trying to get them to breed more often than this.)

Purchasing Cuts from the Farm Year Round

You can purchase chops, steaks, roasts, legs, ground, and kabob meat year round directly from the farm. These cuts are wrapped and frozen and ready for pick up.
